logo_ROSACE - bleu Reproduce customer environment and run tests Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently.

logo_ROSACE - bleu Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems .

logo_ROSACE - bleu Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware .

logo_ROSACE - bleu Must be well verse with Machine communications & associated protocols like Modbus, RTU, TCP/IP, FTP server, MQTT etc.

 

Qualifications:

logo_ROSACE - bleu Minimum 2+ years’ of technical support experience .

logo_ROSACE - bleu Customer service oriented .

logo_ROSACE - bleu Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills .

logo_ROSACE - bleu Good hold over basic programming language like C, Python, LUA etc. & know how of Linux OS.

logo_ROSACE - bleu Should have hands on experience on configuration & trouble shooting of Data loggers, PLCs & SCADA
