Responsibilities:
Reproduce customer environment and run tests Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently.
Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems .
Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware .
Must be well verse with Machine communications & associated protocols like Modbus, RTU, TCP/IP, FTP server, MQTT etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years’ of technical support experience .
Customer service oriented .
Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills .
Good hold over basic programming language like C, Python, LUA etc. & know how of Linux OS.
Should have hands on experience on configuration & trouble shooting of Data loggers, PLCs & SCADA
